The article deals with the issue of the informal and non-formal education in the context of technical education at basic school. In the theoretical part, the authors synthesize educational theories and theories of field didactics with the ways of their application and approaches important for a good cooperation in the union of formal, non-formal and informal education, while its content is technology and technical activities. As a follow-up to the theoretical basis, the aim of the article is to present results of the research and to call attention to the contribution of the informal and non-formal education to the technical education of basic school pupils.

DETERMINANTS OF POLYTECHNIC EDUCATION IN PRE-SCHOOLS

The study deals with polytechnic education and innovation of approaches to technical education in pre-schools. Pre-school education is characterised by certain specificities which are determined by developmental, cognitive, social and emotional needs of children of this age. The fulfilment of these needs is also in focus of polytechnic education at pre-schools. This theoretical study clarifies the terms working aktivity, working education and polytechnic education, and specifies the objectives of these educational fields. THE DESIGN AND VERIFICATION OF PROBLEM TEACHING IN SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

The authors of scientific studies analyzing the problem teaching in the current school. In the second part of the study indicate a specific proposal process execution problem teaching in upper secondary education. The last part of a scientific study has an empirical character. This section describes the implementation of the pedagogical experiment. The study authors analyzed qualitative and quantitative data collected implemented within the pedagogical experiment.
