TECHNICAL EDUCATION - PART OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION IN SLOVAKIA

Technology education is in EU countries considered as an important part of general education of students in primary schools. However, in Slovakia since 2008 we can see gradual degradation of technology education to the current state, which is near total extinction in technical subjects at primary schools. The article describes the gradual development that in Slovakia has led to the current situation and compares it to the technology education of selected EU countries.

The article deals with the integration of teaching keyboarding into educational programs of primary schools in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Firstly this article describes briefly the history of the typewriter development and the keyboard layout. Then it describes the way of implementation of this skill into individual education programs in above mentioned states.

When teaching programming, various methods and procedures are used, think of the method of successive steps, methods of sample examples or design patterns. Whether we apply any of these methods in teaching, the introduction of basic programming structures will be an essential part of the course. The same is the case with teaching programming language Java. Paper deals about our experience with developing algorithmic thinking of blind secondary school pupils through the folding orgiami. We define informatics concepts which are possible to build this way. The article deals with the creation, placement and use of electronic learning materials for vocational subjects in secondary education degree courses. Creating electronic materials that are placed on the website of the school pupils in particular facilitate the domestic preparation, allowing the materials to work independently and to anywhere from anywhere, as it is accessible to the network. They are one of the tools of active learning and the acquisition of IT skills.

The aim of the paper is to present the specifics of utilization of the BlindMoose editor, Lambda editor and MathML language in the context of developing information literacy when educating integrated pupils with visual impairment at secondary schools in the Czech Republic. DETECTION OF CHEATING IN ONLINE CONTESTS

This paper deals with the detection of contestants' unfair behaviour in online contests. We discuss the possibilities of detecting cheating using automated data processing. We defined some indicators referring to abnormalities in the contestants' work. We created software which reveals the presence of these indicators in the work of any particular contestant in the Bebras contest. We inputted the last year's data into it. Virtual reality it one from most quickly improved computing having the show for the task of the world we live in the form of computer programs. Thanks to technological new solutions simulation programs more and more in reality are copying reality of phenomena. This method consists in giving appropriate incentives stimulating, being aimed possibly to all senses into the way as most faithful copying the reality of the happening occurrence. A computer simulation has both positive and negative teaching advantages. However, as one of few methods, at present is being regarded most universal and useful in didactics.
