MODELS, MODELLING AND SIMULATIONS IN THE EDUCATION

The paper focuses on the issue of models and modelling in the context of education. It is dealing with the theory of modeling with a following transition into the field of education, and it solves the essence of the use of models for the needs of learning. Also the issue of misconceptions, which are created through the models not corresponding to reality, is analysed.

IMPORTANCE AND CATEGORISATION OF TRADITIONAL TOYS FOR THE CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT

The author develops the toys theory in connection to their application in the child's development. The role of a toy during the cognitive, emotive and physical development of a child is defined using the suitable methods. Furthermore, the categorisation of the toys is performed in connection to experiments of other authors.

The article deals with the implementation of multicultural education into the educational process of technical education at primary school. The article deals with an issue of a systematization and categorization of teaching aids. There is a number of teaching aids that were not reflected in the current classifications, e.g. LMS (learning management system), chat etc. The aim of this article is therefore to perform an analysis of the current systems and physical didactic means in terms of education and to submit a new system based on the analysis.

REFLECTION OF SELF-ASSESSMENT IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION AT THE CZECH PRIMARY SCHOOLS

The paper presents the part of outputs, which were made by behavioral method – analysis of educational process in technical education at primary schools. We focused on methods of pupil´s assessment in the content from transformation the passive acceptation of teacher´s assessment the pupil´s outputs to the active cooperation in assessment process and the final part is self-assessment by pupil.

The article deals with ICT in education, current position of these modern technologies, including their advantages and disadvantages, which may present generation of education to a large extent. More attention is paid to the service of the Internet - WWW and her near theory of connectivism, which is in educational circles have been widely discussed. Finally, this paper is a list of popular today and usable websites and applications for teaching.
