THE ACCEPTANCE OF ICT BY TEACHERS AND ITS DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN 2004 AND 2015

The paper describes the results of a comparative research study of elementary school teachers’ attitudes to ICT between 2004 and 2015. Teachers indicated their attitude to ICT by selecting from a six-degree scale ranging from agreement to disagreement. Teachers’ replies in the monitored years were statistically processed including a cluster analysis. The results indicate an anticipated positive shift towards more intensive ICT use, improved virtual communication and use of the internet. According to their consent indicated for various statements, teachers can be divided into two different groups – clusters.

The paper presents the results of a qualitative and quantitative research of selected technical and didactic concepts of kindergarten teachers. Its execution took place during the evaluation activities of the project Professional Support of Teachers of Preschool Education, the key activity of Programs of Preschool Polytechnic Education.
THE INTERACTIVITY OF ICT TOOLS

This article deals with the concept of interactivity which, in course of time, became overused, not only in terms of information systems. Thus, the thesis also discusses the unclear interpretation of interactivity and aims to express more apt definition. The interactivity is analyzed across various fields, which further provides a basis for the establishment of unbiased model called classification frame defining a degree of interactivity of specified complex systems.

DYNAMIC GEOMETRY ENVIRONMENTS AS COGNITIVE TOOL IN MATHEMATIC EDUCATION

In this paper we deal with a possibility of the application of dynamic and interactive geometry software in the mathematics teaching at our schools. We offer their brief characteristics and describe their integration among cognitive computing technologies. The greater attention is paid to GeoGebra Software in order to show its specific use as a cognitive tool. We describe the importance and the role of dynamic geometry programs in the discovery of new knowledge by the experimentation and manipulation of the interactive construction. Each phase of this process we generally define and then illustrate with a specific example.

PROCESS FOR INTELLIGIBILITY EVALUATION OF TRANSMISSION OF THE SLOVAK SIGN LANGUAGE IN E-LEARNING HEARING IMPAIRED PEOPLE

The article deals with the use of videoconferencing in support of e-learning hearing impaired people. The combination of audio and image information serves for understanding the content of lectures or presentations in the form of videoconferencing. This does not apply for the hearing impaired people, who are only dependent on quality transmission of moving images, especially in a defined area of sign language. The contribution describes the proposal of evaluation process sentential intelligibility, which we can determine at what degradation of moving picture is a video sequence of sentences understood for deaf people yet.
