Lifelong learning  has been improving and playing  an important role in the education process for recent years. To meet the changing requirements of employers for current and potential employees is one of the goals. Claims on employees’ knowledge and skills in the area of information and communication technologies are under continuously increasing demands. This situation asks them to increase the level of information literacy. The most effective way is lifelong education. However this education can be limited by some barriers. This article is concentrated on research’s result about Identified barriers in education of managers in information and communication technologies and factors which can influence this area.
